Paypal error at checkout from woocommerce

Strange thing is we don’t use ebay. I think it was a generic email.

Things are working OK now

I try to do as you recomended , SAVE on the API > clearing Cache – NOT WORKING
On the PAYPAL EXPRESS I get : “Invalid payment method”

Please advice

This is something that was happening on PayPal’s side. Many reported it directly to Woo as well, and you can see details about that here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/14956

I’ve looked at the topic @angelleye mentioned, however it is not the same error “Invalid payment method”. This is happening on the PayPal express. Not sure what’s next, for now losing customers every day… ??

I downgraded the version to the 1.4.2 and it fixed it for me.

The “Invalid Payment Method” error has been fixed in the release branch on GitHub and will be included in 1.4.4. You can download the release branch and update the plugin files manually if you’d like to fix it immediately.
