Paypal Express Error

  • Hello…
    I got this message several times, can you help me solve this error message?

    “PayPal DoExpressCheckoutPayment API call failed:Detailed Error Message: This transaction couldn’t be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.
    Short Error Message: This transaction couldn’t be completed.
    Error Code: 10486
    Error Severity Code: Error”

    Hi @vectogravic

    That’s general Payment processor decline which means the funding method chosen by user is not authorizing the purchase . It could be either daily credit limit reached or may be a general decline by authorizing bank. Please ask you user to try a different card.
