    Paypal has not been sending customer info to woocoommerce since the newest update (1.4.6.5) Only the order items, email address, and shipping method come through. We don’t get names, addresses, or phone numbers. So I can’t ship orders

    This only happens with Paypal Express orders.

    @bingtx, That is interesting, Although we dont have any reports for this issue from other, So you are not getting their addresses ( Billing or shipping or both??)? Are you using Express checkout button from cart page, product page or checkout? Also, Please check if at product level you dont have these options https://prntscr.com/h83aaj checked.

    I’m not getting either address. The express button is on the cart page.
    All orders have two products, one is an ebook. So that product is marked as no shipping needed. But the other products don’t have any of those 3 options marked.

    Can you temporarily switch to the basic wp theme ( tweenty Seventeen ), disable all the extra plugins then check. If you get this working the switch back to your theme and check again if that workes? if no then there is an issue with your theme which needs to be addressed. If it’s working with the theme then try to activate extra plugins one by one to catch the culprit which is giving you trouble in getting what you want.
    Please try that and let me know what you got. Also, do you have logging enabled in plugin settings? it would be great if you can attach last 5 transactions from the log for our review/

    @bingtx, If you have no shipping required set on a product then no address at all would be included, but you should still get the person’s name and email address under the billing address side of the order details. Are you not even getting that?

    Do you have logging enabled in the plugin settings? Can you provide a copy of this log for our review? If so it would be best to submit that here please.

    I am getting the name and email address, but there are products in the order that aren’t marked as “no shipping req” Seems like that should be fixed.
    I removed the option from the ebook for now.

    @bingtx, Okay, so you’re saying you have an order with multiple items, and some of them have “no shipping required” set while others do not, but it’s treating the whole order as if it shipping is not required?

    Please verify, and if that’s the case I agree, we need to get that fixed.

    @bingtx, we have made an adjustment that resolves this issue, and the fix will be included in the 1.4.6.6 update we’ll be releasing soon.
