paypal express not working

I have 2 sites. I updated the paypal for woo plugin today. Once i did it, problem with check out. When i tried to order something and click “check out”, it goes to “checkout” page and then like 10 seconds later, it redirect to a “cancel” page (under setting, there is an option for cancel page, i currently put in “shop”. If i disable paypal express, only enable paypal payment pro 2.0. website is fine, but just doesn’t have the feature of paypal express. My other site doesn’t have this problem. Currently i disabled paypal express to make my site working at least. please check.

I tried to roll it back to previous version, then everything is fine. Problem again once i upgraded again. Is there any compatible issue with my theme storefront? thank you.
