PayPal Express zero price

  • I ave a customer who has been using the YITH PayPal Express for years and everything has been ok. But recently we have had 2 orders that show as complete with the product price of ￡16.00 but the total showing zero with no other discounts added. Both orders are showing as completed but no money has been paid.

    Order shows subtotal ￡16.00 but then total ￡0.00 with no other discounts. So not sure how this has done this. All other orders are processing ok

    do you have some custom code that auto-completes the order?

    Is there some note in the order that can help understanding what’s going on? Other payments are working fine?

    This appears to be something that has happened to The Events Calendar orders since that latest update to WooCommerce. Just that the orders are in WooCommerce showing value as a subtotal them zero as total with no coupons or other discounts.

    there’s no official integration with The Events Calendar plugin so maybe the issue is due to that update

    Yes this was a bit intermittent. WooCommerce was updated last week when this started. Also so was my caching plugin. I have excluded Events from caching and hopefully this should stop any new. Just very odd when the order was in WooCommerce with a value and then totalled to zero without any discounts or other reductions.
