Can you attach your system info?
Donations -> Tools -> System Info

That will give us a broader context in order to be able to help you.

We had some reports of connectivity issues when the site runs on PHP 8. If your server runs on PHP 8, try to downgrade to PHP 7.4 if possible.

Next, check for any missing database tables. To do that go to Donations -> Tools -> System Info. Scroll down until you see the GiveWP Configuration section and let us know if any of the database tables listed there has a red X next to it.

Additionally, check the server error logs for any recent Fatal errors.

Let me know if you find a conflict with another plugin or the theme.

My hosting provider don’t offer PHP v8 yet and so I’ve been using 7.4 ever since.

I attached the system info together with server error report in this link

Found only this table with red X on it “wp_n0v7z8b9_give_revenue”

Using Health Check I get these Errors:
Give – Donation Plugin Could not be determined Highest supported PHP.

That’s all I can get from the results hope it finds the issue.

The missing database table is probably the cause of the problem.

The fix is really simple.

1. First, backup your site and be sure you are comfortable recovering from that backup just in case.

2. Enable Advanced Database Updates in Donations -> Settings -> Advanced:

3. Next, run the update in Donations -> Tools -> Data, find create_revenue_table and click the Re-run Update button.

4. Last, go back to in Donations -> Settings -> Advanced and disable Advanced Database Updates.

Then do a test donation and let me know if the issue persists.
