The feature you are inquiring about is not a feature that is included in our plugin. There are?third-party plugins?to add fees for specific products or payment methods and in theory, any of them should work with our plugin, but it depends on how the solution is implemented.
The WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin does not have any functionality to charge the buyer extra fees. It will display the PayPal fees for each order on the?admin order overview, but it is not possible to add these fees to the total the buyer pays, as the plugin doesn’t know what the PayPal fee would be before the payment.
It is also worth to mention that?PayPal prohibits discriminatory fees, meaning it would be fine to add a handling fee to all payment methods, but not to add a fee only for PayPal as a payment method and not the others.
