Paypal flagging orders as suspicious

I’m not even sure if this is a 100% plugin problem as it might also be paypal’s problem, but that’s why I’m asking on both platforms.

It seems like every second voucher purchase or something, paypal ends up restricting my account because the purchase is ‘suspicious’. And I can’t even verify the purchase properly cause no physical object is being supplied!! Did I set up my paypal link wrong on WordPress? I did have some problems in the past while configuring my payment settings, so I thought maybe I must’ve forgotten something to make paypal think I’m suspicious.

Also, the plugin doesn’t seem to let people buy over 100$ worth. Is there some way to change that?

Any help is greatly appreciated ??
