Paypal guest payment does not work

    I have problem with guest checkout (payment without PP account). It doesn’t work in sandbox neither in normal state. Everytime customer has a choice between logg into PP account or create PP account.

    Very strange that it works (customer can pay directly with credit/debit card without PP account) when I try it by mobile phone with Android. So I think it is not problem with my and customer country (it is Czech Republic)

    I have bussiness account, optional settings set ON, confirmed bank account, credit card, e-mail.

    Yesterday I found shop https://knotyou.ca/ where is everithing OK. It uses the same Woocommerce version as me.

    I don’t understand what’s wrong.

    I’m desperate by this.

    Can somebody help me?
