Paypal here page goes blank

  • I have installed your plugin on a new website I am building and have QR scanned the web app on two different devices and each time I go to the page the “Create New Order” page flashes up for a split second then the page goes to a blank white screen??

  • Hi @dhb-web, I’m so sorry for delay in getting back to you.

    After looking at your site, I was actually able to access the new order page without any issues. See this => https://prntscr.com/lkbdg6.
    I think this could be due to some temporary cache problems. Its always good to check by clearing all browser and CDN / Plugin caches and see if that makes any differences.

    Sorry Oliver but the reason you were able to access the new order page was because I am no longer using your theme.

    I waited as long as I could but unfortunately I had to change theme to be able to access the PayPal Here plugin.

    I’m so sorry that It took a week to return to you here. But I’m little bit confused when you say Your Theme. We are the author of PayPal here plugin not a theme. So, could you clear that up for me.
