So I have seen this problem mentioned here a couple of times but I dont think the solutions suggested worked for my website.

The paypal integration to my forminator form is not working. I have to use forminator for my service and woocommerce was not much of an option for my site.

I simply dont have the paypal checkout working, the sandbox does show up but the live option is not working and it shows “Error! Something went wrong when verifying the payment”. What could i do to make it work?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @agrader

    Thanks for response!

This would mean that we’ve checked and excluded most of the usual/common reason for the issue. Unfortunately, that kind of brings us back to the starting point.

Looking again at the error screenshots that you shared earlier, I’m wondering about two more things:

    1. what’s the PHP version that powers your site and is everything (and I mean literally everything – WordPress core, theme and all the plugins) up to date on site?

    2. and is there any kind of firewall or other security tool active for site – either in form of the plugin (any other than our own Defender) and/or on server level? If yes – what is it?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi Adam,

yes, I updated everything I could find on the platform and everything looks up to date

regarding a security tool, I have jetpack plugin enabled, and I deactivated for now but the error problem still persists

    Hi @agrader,

It appears what you have shared is the “Console” tab in your screenshot:
    https://imgur.com/a/console-7Ql0slE#A5oe9Qy

The above screenshot s shared based on the following instruction:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/paypal-integration-does-not-work-in-forminator/#post-17778413

Possible to also share the result of the “Response” tab from the browser console as explained in the above instruction? ie as shown in the following screenshot:

The above response should be for the admin-ajax.php calls, so please do check what you get for admin-ajax.php in the network tab.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
