PayPal Invoice ID

    Hi,
    It seems that PayPal is using the original woocommerce order number.

    In my case order number from the plugin shows 3239 but in PayPal (standard) shows RC-3789.
    How can we pass 3239 to PayPal? It should display RC-3239 in its invoice ID.

    We understand the situation and are sorry for the inconvenience. We tested the same and identified the issue. Unfortunately, this cannot be fixed at our end alone. We will try to contact the Woocomemrce team to resolve this.

    I too noticed this issue. Following post to see if an update happens. Would also like it if Paypal referenced the ‘sequential’ order number and not the order id.
