    Hi,

Just be sure that the IPN notifications are enabled for your PayPal account. The notification link at Paypal isn’t needed since it is automatically set after the form submission, but the IPN notifications must be enabled.

Check the IPN logs into your PayPal account to check if there is a network error.

Other possible causes of the problem:

1- If you are using a “Under Construction” plugin that disabled the public page of your WP that may prevent the IPN from reaching to the expected script.

2- If your website isn’t reachable through Internet (ex: localhost websites) the IPN cannot reach the website.

Thank you for using the plugin!

The IPN setting in PayPal is disabled – which is strange because it was enabled and working properly before and then it was disabled and we can’t re-enable it. It is asking for a notification URL before it will enable it again. Nothing I have entered works (I tried the full domain, the URL to a thank you page, etc. ) I have a ticket in with PayPal, but if there is a URL that should be used, that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hi,

The IPN URL for the CP Contact Form with Paypal is set automatically when the form is sent, so you can put any IPN URL at PayPal, the correct one will be used automatically on run-time. Just be sure that the IPN notifications are enabled.

    Thank you!
