PayPal IPN NOT Capturing Sales

Hello,

WP-Ecommerce Version: 3.9.3
Wordprses Version: 4.2.1

(Though we just updated both yesterday by hoping to resolve this error but no luck)

We have noticed since last 5 days all Orders shows Incomplete in store sales. Though we receive Payment on PayPal account.

We also receive warning email from PayPal about IPN URL failure,

IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://x.com/products-page/transaction-results/
https://x.com/?wpsc_action=gateway_notification&gateway=wpsc_merchant_paypal_standard

What is the solution of this.. It’s Urgent please.
