I have a woocommerce site using PayPal standard.
We also have a coupon in place.
It appears the coupon value is not being deducted when the total is being sent to Payapl.
This is resulting in a full charge at paypal, but the order appears to be totaling correctly.

I have logging turned on for PayPal.

Here is part of the response from PayPal

2019-04-06T01:38:11+00:00 INFO Payment error: Amounts do not match (gross 222.00)

The order total is $172 with a $50 coupon applied.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I’ve tried to test an order with a coupon and it’s working well.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:
    ?

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Thank you fr the update and information, It turned out to be shipping set in PayPal.
We have removed the shipping fees and hope this will fix the issue.

    Thank you.
