Paypal Issue

    I’m having an issue with Paypal.

    Paypal Sandbox seems to work perfectly, however when I turn sandbox off, I get an error message that says:

    [email protected]
    Your purchase couldn’t be completed
    Error Message
    This recipient is currently unable to receive money.

    Your purchase couldn’t be completed
    There’s a problem with the merchant’s PayPal account. Please try again later.

    The email address listed above is not mine, and all the configuration areas are filled out correctly.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this would be fantastic!

  • I am receiving similar messages. Frustrating.

    I found that the PayPal ID is the email used with your PP account and not your merchant/PP ID. Even after changing that I sill am experiencing the same errors.

    Once this is resolved. I may be able to open registration and post the pages publically.

    When you select PayPal as your payment vendor, you will need to enter the email address associated with your PayPal account as the PayPal ID. The plugin uses the Simple Integration Method.
