Paypal link not working

Hi

I’ve just installed the plugin. I followed the instruction and everything works fine but when I test the button it brings me to the following page:

Each button load this:

Sometimes this second page is load at first.
Just to know: I’m developing on a local wordpress installation.

Is there a way to change the paypal link?
Is there any plugin issue at the moment?
If everything works fine does the plugin allow payement without paypal’s subrscription (just credit card)?
