Paypal loading scripts on non woo commerce pages

    Hey guys,
    Thanks for this great plugin.
    1.All of the plugins scripts are running in non woocommece pages.
    can I change it to run only in checkout || cart or rather where they really need to
    currently they are loading on every page what makes load time larger.

    2. I’m keep on getting this error on cart and checkout.

    I’m looking for a code snippet to stop paypal from loading on non-WC pages too. I’m sure PayPal would appreciate fewer unnecessary API hits as much as we would appreciate faster websites.
