When a user selects paypal express checkout at no time during the process are they asked for their address. The order completes ok but the address is not passed back to woocommerce.

    You can test it here:
    https://irishpages.org/order/

I think the issue might be linked to a change of domain. I had the site setup on a test domain and all was working fine. When we went live the address problem started.

I used a db update tool to update the addresses.

I tried turning the plugin off any on.

    Any suggestions would be welcome.

Changing domains should not have an impact on this.

Typically a problem like this will be caused by a conflict. Can you try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Express Checkout. Once that is done try a test transaction to see if the address information is passed back.

If it is, you can begin reactivating your plugins, one at a time. Run another test after turning on each plugin until you find the cause of the conflict.

If disabling all your other plugins does not resolve the issue, please try setting your theme to the default Twenty Sixteen theme from WordPress. Then run another test transaction.

Let us know if how that goes ??
