Paypal not charging

    Hi Im Using your pro version, but When I’m using the Paypal Checkout for payments.
    My website redirects the user to the paypal page, and after presents form where authentication occurs. Then I proceed with authentication and click the Pay Now button.
    I am redirected to the successful return URL. Apparently everything seems to be ok, but I never receive the money on the merchant account and the money is never charged from the buyer account or card.

    Paypal is not working at all on my site using the pro version. After the customer selects the Paypal option and clicks submit, they are taken back to the same page.

    Hello,

    If you still have similar problems, please send the log files to the email that you can find it in help document of the Pro version. Log files are in /lib/paypal/log folder. Don’t worry these files don’t contain any secure info.

    @neranjanjet, I understand that my answer is way delayed, but if you were redirected to Paypal, then redirected back to your website and didn’t get money – the problem is in Paypal, not in the plugin. Probably you forgot to change the accound from Sandbox to live one.

    Sorry for delayed response.

    @mikaniic Please update to the latest plugin version and let me know, if you still have problems with PayPal. If you do have, you can send the log files (/lib/paypal/log) using email address from the help document in Pro version.
