• I’m using WooCommerce PayPal payments. Everything in the settings looks okay and other are no errors showing. But when I add a product to cart and then go to the checkout age, the PayPal payment option is not loading. This is my client’s only form of payment, so he’s dead in the water right now. This is occurring in Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Help!

    I checked the site and confirmed the issue: the PayPal payment section isn’t loading correctly on the checkout page.

    Usually, issues like this could be due to a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin; an outdated or malfunctioning code could be interfering.

    To be sure of this, as a first step, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments, and then check if the PayPal payment section now loads correctly on the checkout page.

    If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

    Before proceeding, please make sure that you have a backup of your site and database in place, and if something goes wrong, you can restore your site to a functioning state.

    Thanks. I switched to Storefront and that resolved the issue, so I’ve taken it to the theme support crew.

    Just thought you might like to know that in the end the culprit was found to be the Ecwid shopping cart, a vestige from before WooCommerce was installed. Disabling that plugin resolved the issue.
