    HI there,

    Apologies for the extreme delay. This sounds like the incorrect PayPal email address is entered in the settings. Can you triple-check that?

    Can you provide a link to the page so I can see the problem live?

    Regarding the “pending” status, that is the expected behavior. When a donor hits “Donate” Give records the submission as “Pending”. Once they complete the donation at PayPal.com the status is sent back to your website and Give updates the status to “Complete”. If a donation stays in “Pending” status for more than 7 days Give automatically updates the status to “Abandoned”.
