• I have a US shipping zone with a flat rate of 8.50 and another zone for free shipping with a purchase of $50 or more.

Also, users in Virginia have to pay sales tax.

This information is not being passed to PayPal correctly. On the site it is correct. When you purchase via Paypal it is right until you log in. Once logged into Paypal the sales tax is gone and it reverts to a flat shipping fee even if there is more than $50 in merchandise.

  • Check your settings on your PayPal account; make sure you have turned off the shipping charges being managed by PP.

    Hello @hackworth,

Please note that the information is scrambling upon PayPal login. That means you are on PayPal’s site. So it does not have anything to do with WooCommerce as far I understand.

Can you please contact PayPal support about “losing the data upon login or reload”?

Please do not forget to mention their reply here ??

Thanks! It was the settings in PayPal that were overridding Woocommerce. I wasn’t aware that shipping had been set up within PayPal. It was done prior to me working on this project.

I called PayPal before I posted here and the tech support rep pushed it back on Woocommerce as if if there was no way it had to do with PayPal. Wrong.

    Thanks again.
