PayPal Not Redirecting After moving to production

I downloaded and activated Contact Form 7 and Contact Form 7 PayPal Add-On on my staging site. Everything tested fine. I pushed my staging site over to production on my domain and now my forms won’t redirect to PayPal.

The icon continues to spin as and never goes anywhere, no error message. However the form is actual sent to the email recipient as indicated in the setting and saved in the database (also have Contact Form DB). I did not use a sandbox account during staging/testing.

I am still able to review the staging site where the forms were first build and they redirect fine. Just not on my live domain (sungateliving.com).

What am I missing?
