    Hi there!

    1. Are you setting up the product as a digital/downloadable product?

    2. What status is the order going to after Paypal payment? Emails will only send on completed status, so if yours are going to a different status, that could be a clue into the problem

    Hi Melinda,

    this is downloadable product.

And 2nd anwer is status: “during realisation”- or something like this, I do not how to translate it exactly, box of status is green

I have also different type of payment

Different operator, (polish company) and it is working fine, sending emails etc

This ,means that the order status is processing. Once you manually change the status to Complete (blue), does the customer get access to the download now?

To set it so that downloadable products get access immediately, you will want to make sure the products have the Virtual and Downloadable checkboxes marked.

    Hi!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks!
