PayPal not supported in Argentina

When you choose “business account” Paypal ask you for a social security number. So, if you are from Argentina, you can’t use PayPal on Woocommerce, because the only way to use PayPal on Wooocommerce in Argentina is changing the currency to USD with third party plugin, and the bussiness account here only support ARS, not USD, and PayPal-Woocommerce not working with ARS. When you use some plugin to change currencies, you can use Paypal here, but the bussiness account is not authorized to make transactions with not verified accounts. So bad.
