Paypal not working on checkout page

Hi,
A customer just informed me that paypal isn’t working. I checked myself and the paypal window opens the loading screen with the cycling lock icon appears for a few seconds then the window closes.

I recently changed from astra theme to hello elementor because astra was giving me issues. This is the only thing I can think of that might have changed anythign.

I need help troubleshooting this please
