PayPal not working with Forminator

Greetings! Created a registration form that, when submitted, redirects to a payment form. That part works. When user selects the PayPal option, the payment does not go through. When the Debit or Credit option is used, “At least one field must be filled out to submit the form” shows up on the Payments form. The site also uses MemberPress and has the Donations via PayPal plugin active. We did look at other forum answers but don’t quite know if they apply. Thank you!
