PayPal not Working with Safari

  • Hello there,

    Previously we have reported the problem with PayPal payment options not working on Safari iPhone because of the hide IP option, now we noticed the same with Safari on the laptop.

    This issue is causing us to lose a lot of orders due to the payment option not being available.

    Please advise.

    This is not an issue we could replicate when testing with Safari on Mac.

    Could you please give more description of this issue and how to replicate it?

    We don’t know how to replicate the issue, the only thing we know based on a pattern so far, is this problem would happen and then the payment option would disappear for an hour or two and then it would start working again normally.

    We are facing the same problem.

    From our customer services, we have multiple Users with the same issue, they explain us the situation: with Apple devices is not possible to pay using the Paypal plugin (they push the button but nothing happens), but when they change to Android everything is working fine and the payment work as it should be.

    We face the problem since 5 days, and we haven’t any report on our Logs for this case (we check it already)
