I have received this message from Paypal:

Hi Penelope Vingoe, Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) failed:

https://www.clayaround.com/shop/pp.phtml

If you don’t recognise this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

The host to my site says “I think the return url the cart is telling paypal to use is not working”

Understand that I need to delete the file but how do I find it?

The customer paypal payments are coming through to my paypal account. I am using WooCommerce PayPal Payments.

Would you kindly advise?

You can disregard this message.

The previous IPN endpoint was only used by the PayPal Checkout Gateway plugin (or the Standard integration) and can be disregarded/deleted if you no longer use any of the two integrations:?https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-stop-receiving-instant-payment-notifications-(ipns)-faq426
PayPal Payments does not use PayPal IPN, but instead transmits events via webhooks. This works similar to IPN, but better, and so you don’t need to enter a specific URL anywhere as everything is automatically configured by the plugin.

I received a further email from paypal today. Jamie – from your reply that was not posted here on the forum (but I received by email) I understand I don’t need to worry any more about these emails from Paypal: just ignore them?
