    Good afternoon/morning all, help appreciated

    I run An annual event, where I sell tickets online, I have changed to using woocommerce with eventin plug-in to manage the tickets.

    However in past few weeks I’ve sold a number of tickets, but payments within PayPal are on hold.

    I spoke to PayPal and finally got the answer that it’s because it’s sold as goods or services, is there anything I can alter to make the payments go through instantly.

    The payments are needed to pay for other services in regards to the event. So need instant.

    Any help appreciated

    What’s the status of those orders within WooCommerce > Orders?

    To get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
