    Hi,

    I received a notification for an order on my store with PayPal as the payment method. This typically works fine, however twice now I have had a payment but no order confirmation of it on Woocommerce? – The PayPal payment includes order information but it’s just not showing on the woocommmerce backend. – It usually works fine, however this has now happened twice.

    I understand that you have encountered a problem with PayPal payments not showing up as order confirmations in your WooCommerce back-end which was working properly prior to this issue happening.

    Can you please check if there are any similarities or patterns to this two missing orders? Like, same products, same customer, same product type, same category, same location, etc?

    We’re you able to replicate the issue on your end using the same products that were purchased for this order and we’re you able to reproduce the same behavior afterwards? You could use Sandbox mode for testing purposes.

    For us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
