Paypal pay Buttons are not coming in any page ( Product, cart, Checkout page)

    Hi,
    I have configured this plugin but no paypal payment button are coming in website,

    I have activated
    “PayPal Checkout (Smart Payment Buttons)” and added
    “Sandbox Client ID” and
    “    Sandbox Secret ID” in setting area and
    Checked all checkboxs to show on pages and hope only these are the required setting need to be done to setup this plugin.

    My main concern is to show paypal payment buttons on cart page only.
