paypal payment and button sent message

    I made a form with a paypal payment and I included a send message button in the lower right corner.

    but when i preview and install the shortcode on my website the submit button in the bottom right corner is missing.

    and i tried many times, when i delete the new paypal payment is visible under the right corner of the send message button.

    can you tell me how to show paypal payment and send message button in bottom right corner together.

    Hi @tjahyo,

    Trust you are doing good, and thank you for reaching out to us.

    What you have noticed is expected behaviour. The submit button on a form will be replaced when you have added the PayPal payment field. When the PayPal payment field is added, the form will be submitted when PayPal verifies the payment.

    Can you please explain why you need to show the PayPal payment option and send message buttons together in the form?

    I need it to send the data of the selected package, the service indicated, the uploaded image and the date for booking the repair to the email.

    I want to ask whether the data that is filled in will automatically be sent to the admin email. without the need to add a sent message button. if consumers make direct payments with paypal

    Hi @tjahyo,

    There is no need for the Send Message button for the notification emails to be sent. Once PayPal verifies the Payment, the form will be submitted, and the notification emails will be sent.
