• Hi we are experiencing this occasional bug where customer are able to complete the Paypal Payment, but order status was changed from “On hold” to “Processing” to back to “On hold”.

    This happens when 3 response being sent by paypal when
    First is failed payment due to “[PAYMENTINFO_0_PAYMENTSTATUS] => Completed_Funds_Held”,
    Second response is confirming payment completed
    Third response in just a few seconds later got this “YITH PayPal EC payment failed: Duplicate Request”.

    First is failed payment due to “[PAYMENTINFO_0_PAYMENTSTATUS] => Completed_Funds_Held”,
    Second response is confirming payment completed

    This prevents our shipping to not able to get this order and delayed.
    is there a way where once payment is confirmed and completed that status wont be change again to hold> Especially of it is a “Duplicate Request”.
