PayPal payment error – when there is not payment

I’m using Forminator 1.14.9 and have a form where at the end of the form I have 3 options via Radio button.
First with Paypal when selected seems to work properly with sandbox.
In second option we are displaying wire-transfer details (condition being when paypal is not selected) and third is to decide later (conditional – no paypal).
In last two cases upon ‘Submit’ we are getting an error “Error! Something went wrong during checkout and payment couldn’t be approved.”
I wonder why should this error come for 2nd and 3rd option where there is no PayPal payment integration.
How to solve this issue?
