Paypal payment is not working

    Hi, I tried to use paypal payment, in sandbox mode it works, but in live mode it doesn’t even the id & secret are corrects.
    How can I solve this problem?

  • Hi @nassimbjf,

    This might sound silly, but could you check your PayPal details again and make sure that there are no typos and empty spaces before or after the ID and Secret, and make sure that you’re not using sandbox details with live mode.

    If the issue is still there can you give us some more information on what exactly happens when you try to make a payment and do you see any errors that could tell us more about what is going on?
