    Hi @sarse92

The latest update introduced a new feature to create WooCommerce orders for alternative payment methods more reliably, but in some cases, this may result in the behavior you reported.

To retrieve the shipping data from the PayPal transaction or “empty” orders, click on the pen icon on the billing details and select PayPal as a payment method. After reloading the page, the transaction ID should appear in the top left corner of the order and link to the PayPal dashboard.
But I’m afraid additional order meta may only be stored in the log files.

We apologize for the inconvenience and to prevent this issue, you could either install the pre-release version of the next update, or downgrade to the previous version 2.1.0.
Please let us know how this works for you. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Here too ??

If you know that, why do you release this bs? Or why do you don’t withdraw this?

    Hello @wolkenkrieger

We don’t release any new releases when we know such an issue exists. We found out about this issue when the version was released and cannot “withdraw” a release, because that would cause many problems in the background of our system.

The issue also does not affect every user, just a few from the 600k users our plugin has. As said: the possible options to correct this are available now and this should not occur anymore with our next release.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
