    hi, there

    after updagrade to the lastest verion of woocommerce and paypal, i start have issue with the payment, some clients claimed that they have been charged twice or three times, i double check those users they all have one processing order and one fail or cancelled order

    i tried myself it seems work ok in desktop, but in mobile version the page of payment seems freezing without the waiting signal/inicator, but i just keep waiting and the payment gone through

    i suppose those clients wait too long and thought the payment page was not working and then refresh the page. i will receive a fail order but actually paypal has been charged for that

    Typically, the device type should not affect the functionality of the payment process. PayPal is designed to work seamlessly with popular mobile browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and mobile Safari. However, there may be compatibility issues with certain mobile browsers that are not supported by PayPal. This should not result in the reported behavior, though.

    To help us diagnose and resolve the issue, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report. The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    We also kindly ask you to perform the following steps:

    1. Connect a PayPal sandbox account to your WooCommerce store to test the payment process without involving real transactions. You can find instructions on how to do this here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#testing-in-sandbox
    2. Perform a conflict test to identify any potential issues with other plugins or themes that may be interfering with the PayPal Payments functionality. Instructions for conducting a conflict test can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#troubleshooting

    it only happened occaionally not all, now i have 1-2 orders with such issue every day, they claimed payment page freeze don’t know what can i do now, is there any record plugin that can record this?
