PayPal Payment Method Not Working

I updated my products table today adding two new products. Upon testing the cart/checkout procedure, I am now getting an error message on the checkout page that says – “There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.”
I am using only PayPal as a payment method and it shows it is “connected” in the payments screen. If I temporarily activate the “Pay by check” method that works, but PayPal won’t?
I have checked all relevant settings but I cannot figure out why this is suddenly happening, everything was working properly the last time I tested it.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
