PayPal Payment not received

Hi Support,

I am using WooCommerce plugin for T-Shirt campaign here https://kidfit.worldofchamps.com/product/t-shirt-campaign/.

After testing PayPal payment at sandbox, I have added live account details and forgot to uncheck sandbox test. Meanwhile there were 3-4 live transactions made for purchasing T-Shirt.

I have transaction IDs in Orders but didn’t received payment from them at my PayPal account.

Can you let me know whether payment was made by the customer or not? If yes, then how can I got those payments?
