Paypal payment not working

We have ceated a multivendor marketplace with WordPress and are using Dokan plugin.
We set up payment by Paypal as we are currently using free version of Dokan.
If we try a test purchase we get the message –
“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods.”
Can someone help us understand what the problem is and how to fix please?
