    We have set PayPal on payment setting correctly and tested it; however it is not working, showing the attached message.

    We tested conflict with other plugin, reset the connection, cleared cache, and tried again and again, but it never be working.
    How can we fix this issue?

    So i wanted my Customer to connect his Paypal (Bussiness Account) and it is also not working with his Account. I dont why some Accounts work and some not. Looking to hear from you.

    I created a Sandbox Account and it is also not working fyi.

    PayPay said that the setting has no issue and the issue comes from Event Calendar.
    Please have your developper investigate the case as there are other cases from other users.

    Thank you guys for getting back to me and sharing more information here @idcglobal @asanli.

    This is really odd. Could you guys confirm that the accounts used are validated? If not, would be good to wait until the account is validated, and try re-connecting to PayPal again.

    Also, rest assured that I am also passing along the information here to our team and for our developers to further investigate the issue.

    because of the urgency of my customer i had to switch to another solution but i tryed 3 different Bussiness Accounts + created a Sandbox Account.

    The Sandbox Account dont ever work.

    The Bussiness Accounts also didnt work.
    Just 1 Time randomly the connection was successfull with 1 of that bussiness accounts so i thought it started to work fine but after i connected the paypal account of my customer the same problem started again. So i tryed to reconnect the bussiness account that has worked before but also this account wasnt working anymore.

    So as developer i can understand its difficult for you to reconstruct this bug with this kind of information. Its very random.
