Request moved to [email protected], marking as resolved.

I have the same issue — but I cannot connect to Paypal from within the Admin — if I am not logged in, then the Add To Cart does absolutely nothing. This is happening on: https://lifesongcollection.com/.

This seems just a little more similar than the post I inquired on earlier today, so I’m trying to lock-in on the issue in 2 similar support requests: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/guest-can-not-add-to-cart?replies=9

Please advise… increasing number of customers turning away frustrated!

I am suddenly having the exact same issue. When you click “place order” from the checkout page, it just hands and never loads paypal. Below is the system info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@mgoblue86 – This is usually caused by other plug-ins installed. Try deactivating all plug-ins except for Jigoshop to see if this corrects the behavior.

Well… I tried that, and now all of the products are broken. They won’t display the title or description. Also, no order info. Completely frustrating.

I’m using gravity forms to capture personalization info on each product. Since deactivating and reactivating gravity forms, jigoshop will not display the form in the product. I’ve tried deactivating/reactivating the jigoshop gravity forms plugin to no avail.

    How do I fix this?

FYI the system worked fine for the past year. Just suddenly the paypal plugin stopped working properly. Now the entire site is broken. ??

I recommend you go directly to Jigoshop support, as alluded to above:

    [email protected]

as this post thread is listed as [resolved]. They may then be able to receive a login from you to examine things thoroughly from within instead of via your relayed info here (to an ‘expired’ post).
