PayPal Payment Working but Not Shown in EBook Orders

    The order is showing paid for in PayPal, but there is no corresponding transaction listed in the “Orders” section of the plugin in WordPress.

    In addition, users are stating that the redirection is not occurring and they are stuck on the redirection page once brought back to the site after completing PayPal payment.

    Hello Kirk,

    That happens when Instant payment notifications are not enabled at paypal. You must enable them so paypal “tells” the plugin there was an order completed.

    You can do that under Profile > my selling tools > instant payment notifications where you enter your site url.
