    Hi,

I am using “WooCommerce Payments” and “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” plugins in my site and PayPal and Credit Cards payments options are working fine.

I noticed that the Paypal payments are not displayed in the Payments/Transactions page in WordPress while it only lists the credit cards payments.

    To clarify:
    – In WordPress, select “Transactions” under “Payments”, it opens the Transactions page
    – I Select “All transactions” from the Show dropdown menu.
    – The list includes only payments that customers did using credit cards and Apple Pay.

When checking the PayPal payments on my PayPal.com account I find them, yet these are not displayed in this Payments/Transactions page.

The question is, how can I have all the payments done on my site appear under this “Transactions” table in the WordPress?

    Thank you,
    Rami

  • Hi @mishalpals – The ‘Payments’ menu item in your admin dashboard is solely for transactions placed via WooCommerce Payments, so any transactions/orders created using PayPal Payments will not be visible there.

Hi Joey – Thanks for your response.

The current state is inconvenient for the WooCommerce sellers as we have to collect and reconcile all the transactions from different sources manually to have full statement for these transactions.

In my view, since both “WooCommerce Payments” and “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” are WooCommerce plugins (please correct me if I am wrong), it is natural to have one report that presents such statements.

In your opinion, who can address this?

    Thank you,

I can understand you’re reasoning there, but can also see how this would be difficult. WooCommerce Payments is managed/handled directly in your dashboard, while PayPal Payments is run through PayPal, so those transactions are stored on their end.

With that being said, you could always look at the ‘Analytics’ tab in your dashboard for detailed order reporting, etc.

If you’d like to see this added as a possibility in the future, I can also suggest adding this to the ideas board for WooCommerce core: https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce
