    Hello all,

    When I return a product with my woocommerce paypal extension the return is not reflected in my paypal account and so I must go in manually and refund the purchase. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @molgannard

    It sounds like a webhook connection issue. PayPal Payments uses webhooks to communicate events with and from PayPal. To resolve potential communication issues between WooCommerce and PayPal refunds, it is recommended that you click the Resubscribe button in the Webhooks Status section. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#webhook-status

    After resubscribing, run a Simulate test to verify the successful receipt of the webhooks. If the simulation results in an error, follow the troubleshooting steps outlined.
