    Happy New Year

Thank you for your hard work in creating a great plugin>

Recently, there was a customer who paid in EURO, he paid us many times in EURO through Paypal, but we did not receive any money, while the plugin automatically activated his account. . I selected “Accept all payments and convert all to U.S. Dollars” in the Paypal profile settings, but he was still able to pay in Euros and still didn’t pay us any money. Note that in 4 years of using the plugin, this is the first time I’ve encountered this situation. It happened in the last 2 months and there is no free trial for all my plans.

I have tried many ways to solve the problem myself but I can’t when he can still do it again today. I know you guys are busy but hope you can help me solve this problem.
    Thank you.

    Hi @thanhstran98,

Happy New Year and thank you for your kind words!

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

?2.?Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Subscription Plans -> click on the subscription plan you had this issue with -> and send a full screenshot from here (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    ?
?3.?Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions ->?Settings?-> Payments ->?and send a screenshot from there only with the “Currency Config”?and “Active Payment Gateways” sections?

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

Sorry for the delay, here are the screenshots I have.

I can’t be sure if this will be fixed until that guy comes back.
