    Hi:

Is there a way to have commission payouts pay for multiple pages for a single vendor? For example, only 10 items sold per vendor shows in their commission screen, but I can have one vendor with 2500 items sold during the period. I can only get payouts to pay for the first ten items.

Also, lately the system is showing items not yet paid out to the vendor as “paid” instead of “due”. In the past this hasn’t been too terrible for me to adjust, but I just spent two hours on one vendor adjusting the items they are due for payout next month from “paid” to “due”.

My platform is large and rapidly growing. I don’t know if we’re too big for what WC Vendors can handle at this time.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi Eden,

1.) This is currently not doable with our plugin.

2.)Please ensure that you are using the latest version of our plugin, WC Vendors Marketplace is currently in 2.1.20. Be sure to also check this with the developers of WC EVndors Payouts – https://thepluginpros.com/downloads/payouts/

    Hi Mark:

Thanks for your response. It’s a HUGE bummer about item one. The whole point is to make payouts easy. Hopefully expanding the number of items paid out is something your team will consider increasing in the near future.

Regarding item two, all plugins are using the current iterations. Any other ideas as to why the system is marking the commissions as being “paid“ when they’re not?

    Thanks,
    Robyn
