Multiple customers cannot enter credit/debit information in the option provided on my webpage (Though some can). The box is shown, but they cannot put their cursor inside of the box to type Card number, date, or CVV. When they use the PayPal option of the paypal powered by BrainTree, it leads to an error about the nonce being nonexistent or something similar. It works fine for me when I check out at times, but I’ve seen the error myself before. Sometimes refreshing the page works, so I don’t know what to do. I contacted PayPal Braintree and they said it wasn’t an issue on their end as everything was working fine, so I should contact WooCommerce support. This issue has cost me several sales and I really need help! My website is at https://www.servicedogids.org. The last customer that could not complete the purchase tried with me on the phone on her mobile device and on her laptop, she described this exact situation both times to me.

I just checked and works… But PayPal Powered By Braintree opens a iframe for the fields and some times can take a little time to load.
I’ll check if we can add some “loading” message while is loading the fields.

And please not, that the “PayPal Powered By Braintree” it’s not on WooCommerce by default and you should report it in: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-powered-by-braintree/

I am having the same problem. I have a customer that input the wrong CVV code and when she logged back in to her account to enter a new CC, she can pull up the existing order and is able to click the “pay” tab but on the payment screen, the fields are there to enter the CC info but you cannot click on them and enter anything. I duplicated the same scenario by entering the wrong CVV and the same thing happens for me. I am not sure what to do?

    Hi nfinance2,

Please open up your own support thread per the forum rules. Also reading Claudio’s response above, you should ask this question in that plugin’s support forums, not WooCommerce core.

Ok, thanks for your prompt response ?? Great advice and I Really appreciate it. Hopefully it solves my problem, fingers crossed ??
